Dispatch

Orders on brantbio.com are packaged and shipped from California. Orders before 14:00 ET on business days ship the same day. Later orders ship the next business day. Tracking is emailed when the label prints.

Rates

US: $20 flat, free over $350. 2–4 business days. Lyophilized vials are stable at ambient temperature in transit.

Packaging

Plain outer carton, no branding. Inside: vials in a foam insert, a lot-numbered packing slip, storage instructions. Card statement reads "BRANT BIO".

Returns

No returns. Every vial is a lot-numbered research reagent and cannot be restocked once it has left our facility. If something is wrong with your order, email orders@brantbio.com within 7 days after delivery — issues are resolved case by case.
