Research Use Only Policy

Last updated

Draft — pending legal review. This document was written for Brant Bio from the operating facts of the business. It has not been reviewed by counsel and should not be relied on as legal advice or published in its current state without review.

This policy sets out what research use only means at Brant, what we will not do, and what we require of you.

01

What we sell

Brant supplies synthetic peptides and related compounds as laboratory reagents for in-vitro research. They are not approved by the Food and Drug Administration or any other regulatory authority for any use in humans or animals. They are not drugs, supplements, foods or cosmetics.

02

What we will not tell you

We do not describe what a compound does in a living body. We do not publish, and will not supply on request, dosing information, administration routes, reconstitution instructions, cycle lengths or experimental protocols. We do not compare our products to prescription medicines. We do not publish customer accounts of personal results.

This is a deliberate limit, not an oversight. Product copy describes chemical identity — sequence, formula, mass, purity, form and storage — and the research context in which a compound is studied. Nothing more.

03

What we require of you

Before an order can be completed you must confirm that you are 21 or older, that you are a qualified researcher, and that the products are for laboratory research use only and not for human or veterinary consumption. That confirmation is recorded against your order.

You may not resell or redistribute products for consumption, repackage them for human use, or represent them as suitable for any therapeutic purpose.

04

Orders we decline

We decline orders where the stated or evident intended use falls outside research, and we may ask for institutional details before releasing an order. We do not ship to addresses we believe to be freight forwarders. Refusing an order on these grounds is at our sole discretion and is not a judgement about you.

05

Reporting a problem

If you believe a product has been misdescribed, or that content on this site does not meet the standard set out here, write to qa@brantbio.com. We would rather correct it than defend it.
