Dispatch

Orders placed before 14:00 Eastern on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed later, or at a weekend or US public holiday, are dispatched the next business day. Tracking is emailed when the label prints.

Rates and destinations

Shipping within the United States is a flat $30, and is free on orders over $400. Brant ships to US addresses only and cannot ship to freight forwarders. Lyophilized vials are stable at ambient temperature in transit; no cold chain is used.

Packaging

A plain outer carton with no branding. Inside: vials in a foam insert, a lot-numbered packing slip and a storage card. The card statement reads “BRANT BIO”. A signature is not required on delivery.

Returns

Unopened vials in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, less original shipping. Opened vials cannot be returned, because the integrity of a lyophilized reagent cannot be verified once the seal is broken.

Damaged or incorrect items are replaced at no cost. Photograph the outer carton and the vials as received and contact orders@brantbio.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Lost or undelivered parcels

If tracking shows no movement for five business days, contact us and we will open a trace with the carrier. Parcels returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address supplied at checkout are refunded less shipping.
